Summer on The Farm
Sweet Rain, Ripe Cherries, and a Grateful Heart
As I sit down to write this, a gentle monsoon has rolled in—just in time to quench the thirst of our pines, fruit trees, and veggie beds. Everything is drinking it in, and I’m feeling deeply grateful for the rhythm of the land.
The cherries are ready! It's harvest time here at Harmony Taos Farm, and the trees are full of juicy little jewels just waiting to be picked. Over the weekend, we likely saw the last flow of water from our beloved acequia (pronounced “a-ceck-ee-a”), so I pulled a late-night shift making sure the fruit trees soaked up every last drop.
Speaking of gratitude, a big heartfelt thank you to all of you—new friends and longtime supporters—who’ve signed up to receive farm updates. I launched this website back in April and am still figuring out the best way to keep in touch, so thanks for your patience and enthusiasm as we grow this space together.
Here on our regenerative little patch of earth, I’m also diving deeper into personal regeneration. I’ve added a daily breathwork practice and have been loving Zach Bush’s 4-minute workout—especially the spinning! And because healing and transformation are better when shared, I’m thrilled to announce a new addition coming to the farm: a round structure designed for yoga, movement, and community gatherings. Think of it as a sanctuary for becoming our best, most alive selves—the new Human 2.0.
Stay tuned for photos and updates as the space takes shape through the summer and fall.
With sunshine and gratitude,
Anastasia
